He started his career as an Avionics Technician, where he played a crucial role in maintaining and servicing the computers, radios, navigation aids, and weapons systems on the P-3 Orion and P-8 Poseidon Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft. Chase transitioned to Naval Special Warfare (NSW), where he focused on the field of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Throughout his NSW tenure, Chase worked extensively on various UAS platforms, ranging from small Nano-sized quadrotors like the Black Hornet to larger fixed-wing Group III drones such as the RQ-21 BlackJack. His expertise in UAS operations spanned maritime, research & development, and requirements, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in different environments. He was a data protection solutions sales account executive at Dell from February 2018 to October 2020, a Commercial Executive at Babel Street from 2017-2018 and worked as a sales consultant at Synthes from 2009-2013. Prior to joining the private sector, Justin served in the Marine Corps. Leadership roles include Transition Branch head where he coordinated the integration of experimentation programs and equipment into program of record. He received a BS in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2001.
